1.3.2 is as stable (or even more) as 1.2.1 with the added benefit of a
lot of bugfixes and improvements. We are using it on production since
3 months ago and found it very stable and reliable. AFAIK, a "stable"
1.4.0 will be released soon, based on the current CVS snapshot (or
something very close to that).

In short: 1.3.2 could be considered "as stable as it gets", but if you
want to install something with the "stable" stamp you can wait for
1.4.0 (list: any clues about ETA for 1.4.0?).
