Always add Kannel version, when asking for advice, please. Version can be very different, some of them may even have bugs fixed in later versions.

Why the wap pushes fail sometimes? Something wrong with my configuration or my script? Because my GSM operator claim that this is not their fault, even I have give them the DLR from kannel:
