Wavecom Modem not working

Hi All,

 

I was testing Wavecom modem as SMSC, but bearerbox was not able to open the device. Below is my Kannel.conf and wavecom ATI commands. I'm using Kannel on windows 2000 server. Can someone suggest what could be wrong with my settings?
