as you already have been able to send SMS to your N6600 I think you should take a look on that phone's configuration. Besides you should know that WapPush Messages are not available on every cell-phone but this is no issue with Nokia. Instead you should try to activate "service messages" (as WapPush Msg's are called for Nokia). If that doesn't help try another operator's SIM-Card because some have WapPush Messages, for whatever reason, deactivated.
