I didn't ask _who_ but _what_ ;) I mean: WHAT transport are you using? SMPP? UCP/EMI? CIMD? HTTP? It makes a lot of difference!
If you are not able to get or open an error log for Kannel, you better start reading the docs or ask a more privileged admin on your company to set log-level to 0 and then post some meaningful information to the users list. We won't be able to help you without specific information, what you're giving us is just too ambiguous to make any sense of it. Anyway, as I've said before, seriously consider upgrading to 1.4.0 before even trying to fix the problem. 1.2.1 is considered outdated and it's not being updated nor supported anymore.
