Sewa, The log fragment you are posting does not show any incoming messages. What you are showing is apparently from the startup process. It first looks into the store and finds some garbage. It then succesfully binds to the SMSC in transceiver mode, but there is nothing showing an MO message there.
Either you are omitting the meaningful log data, or you are having problems elsewere and the MOs don't even reach Kannel. BTW, the "store garbage incident" occurs every time you start Kannel?
