I want to know , in kannel , is there any accessing limitation of wap gateway with regards simultaniously accessing load of users ?
no! Not at all.
This is an open source project. We don't limit anything, if it has no technical reasons. And there is no reason for that.
Kannel is running as productive WAP GW in several real-operator networks.
During busy hours, we see anything from around 6-10 WAP requests per second being fulfilled.
