Match two services at the same time??

Hello all!

       I'm trying to make Kannel match two services at the same time... is this 
possible

for example one might do a simple get-url
while other with get-url with max-messages=0 (Billing purposes)

is this possible?

How do you guys do your billing using Kannel??
