I have a little problem. I use 1.4.0 with SMPP 3.4 connection. If I push sms using htp://somewhere/cgi-bin/sendsms?... and force to change sender ID using &from=FORCED, it always failed, but if I edit kannel.conf from the global-sender = FORCED it works. Why?
