Fakesmsc cannot receive sms

Hi, am trying to use the send-sms (push) to send an sms to the fakesmsc, I got the msg saying 'sent' when I post the content using the following url:

 

http://192.168.2.1:13013/cgi-bin/sendsms?username=gloptv&password=glop2005&to=2540900&text=Happy%20New%20Year

 

But it the log I found that the sms has been queued. I think that the faksmsc did not receive the sms.
