I'm connecting to SMSC through SMPP 3.4. I get a connection but when I try to send message I get this response,
Number(s) has/have been denied by white- and/or black-lists.
in the logs I get
Illegal characters in 'to' string ('299584838') vs ''
Does anyone know what causes this, I've not set any black or white lists in the Kannel config.
