Receiver number based routing

Dear All, I am trying to setup a receiver number based routing. For example I need to use different SMSC according to receiver's number. Is there a way  in Kannel to do this? I also needs to have 'Forced SMSC' concept applied according to receiver number.   Please let me know if its possible and how it can be done.     regards shantanu
