I'm having problems delivering EMS Ringtone messages to an Alcatel OT331
It's a rather strange problem: The same ringtones work in many different terminals from diferent manufacturers. Even some of them work with the OT331, but some not.
I've tried shortening the lenght of the messages (in a "musical" manner, I mean, not just cutting bytes from the message) to no avail. Again, this very same message works on other EMS terminals. I also tried removing some headers (I've tried every possible combination I could think of).
I've been told that this could be caused by some unsupported characters on the message (I mean: unsupported by this model, not by the EMS standard) but I can't figure out an easy way to find out what are those characters.
Does anybody know anything about this model? Is there anything I can do to make it work?
