Phone manufacturers are pushing their devices to the market and I expect they are pushing their servers to the operators. No one of them has any profit of FOSS PTT/PoC server so they do not do anything for it. I can save some money by replacing per-minute voice fees for PoC flat data rate fee so I do smth for it. I see it all very logical, isn't it?
