the udh seems to be ok. not sure if the ringtone is valid or not.

Assuming you are on nokia phone, does you phone says "Ringtone
received" and when you try to play then it vibrates? Does your nokia
active profile has vibrate mode on. Try disabling off and then send
ringtone. it may not even vibrate then.

Save the ringtone in y0ur phone and open in Ringtone composer. Play
with it. you might get some help.
