Hi all,
A question on the "my-number" variable when setting up a CIMD
connection.
My provider passes the recipient number (shortcode) to me in the form

XXXX00001 XXXX00002 etc (where XXXX is my shortcode followed by a
message counter for when they have a lot of near-simultaneous messages
for me.)

The problem is that when I reply to this messages the full number is
send back to the handset (XXXX0000*) which is not replyable. I would
like just my SC to appear.

Can the parameter mentioned above be used to address this issue? In the
docs, it talks of prefix removal, while what I want is similar to a
suffix removal, although my suffix can have any one of a rather large
range of values (in practice only the last digit ever changes).

Any advice will be very welcome.

Thanks,
    Kyriacos Sakkas.
