yes you are right, i forgot to put the new log :), ok so i set it to debug level may be it would be easier to resolve this problem : and Kannel responds as below:

the parameters i got from minicom at+CGMM; (it's amazing the name is TWIST-GPRS written in the modem my reflex was to falcom but the modem's factory is Siemens??):
