Hi Sriram,
Check the user guide, under "Using the HTTP interface to send SMS
messages" section. I think your operator is asking you to send an
empty SMS. (MT = mobile terminated). We normally send an SMS saying
something like "Thank you for using our services" so the client knows
where the SMS comes from.
