There is now a separate smsc for CGW-connection? It is also possible to configure UCP/EMI tunneling in Sonera Content Gateway. EMI is also supported by Kannel. This is practically same as a direct connection to SMSC. I think you have to contact Sonera to get tunneling enabled.
