i have kannel version 1.4 and using motorola c650 as virtual sms centre.It seems that the terminal in kannel don't interact well with the phone.When the connection being done,the bearerbox only send At commands but don't get the responds. Only when i open other terminal such as the terminal at kppp dial up, alll the respond is sent to the kppp terminal.then the connection succeed.But the problem is when i receive message, kannel seems not to receive it.When i send a message to my self(the phone connected to kannel) that is set up as a service, i got no reply as it should do.
What i'm thinking is there must be something in the bearebox or sms_at coding or whatever(tell me, i'll analyze that) that must be altered to receive communication from the phone. As i know, any phone that can behave as a gsm modem will work well with kannel except for the respond.
LEt me know if this bug has been resolved
