Yes, fully agree... But this is not a commercial service with response
times, and from my point of view, it's extremely rude to ask IMMEDIATELY

100% agree since i'm working with open source projects all the time. But
again, I mean if you run a serious business, the company should invest
either commercial support or skilled administrators. The business can't
be serious if only point of support is email list.

If you ask friendly, not with word IMMEDIATELY you may get a nicer reponses ;)
Or if You really have a problem, pay for someone to fix it...
