Hi,
Check with your SMSC what is the throughput rate and set it accordingly
in the config file, so that your kannel does not saturate the connection and
queues the messages internally.
Perhaps a bigger timeout is also a good idea.
From my understanding the wait-ack and wait-ack-timeout don't have the role
you seem to give them.
The error message returned by the SMSC is clearly because you "bombard" it
with more messages than it's willing to accept.
