there are generally speaking only 3 different formats:
a) Nokia/Ercsson OTA format (publically documented)
b) Openwave OTA format (properietary, reverse engeneered)
c) OMA OTA format (within the OMA specs)
So if you mean if you have somewhere a databse on which phone supports which
format? No... there is no such general database.
And there is no such general registry authority for it.
