Do you or does anyone else on this mailing list have a
handy list of the correct contacts for the US
operators for establishing an SMSC relationship? 

An idea of what the costs and minimums are for some of
the major operators would also be helpful. 

Another good piece of information would be the
relative difficulty of setting up and maintaining
these connections. How reliable are they? Is this
similar to managing multiple ISP relationships, or is
it more or less time consuming?
