T610 support predefined animation. I never test it
for user animation because I don't have an example in hex.

Ok, I'll give it a try and let you know if I find any issues. It could
even be a phone bug/unssupporte feature (maybe that phone does not
support EMS animations and it's only capable of displaying the first frame).
The only way to find out it's to test it on as many terminals as possible.
I´ll do my best.

Sorry I've never tried that. I only worked with EMS ringtones,
I've
referred you to that document because I've read about EMS animations
there, but never tried myself with that kind of EMS content.
If
you send me what you're doing I can check it out,
