nop, there is no such "open source" plugin known to me.
I had seen some demos from finish companies (don't shoot me for the name, I
don't recall it anymore ;) that had commercial extentions to MS Outlook for
sending SMS to the desired "mobile number" in the Exchange register of users.
Actually this would be a fairly easy thing to code, when you get your hands on
examples of how to "plug-in" a module into Outlook. That one would "only" have
to either a) call the smsbox sendsms interface or b) talk directly via TCP to
bearerbox.
