i've
Problems with DLR.
i use
smpp and i receive all DLR's, if the message is delivered within some
minutes after sending.
but
when the message is delivered some hours later , it seems that i get no DLR
.
So i
don nit know if it's a provider-problem, or a kannel one, because i
often have following log-entries in bearerbox.log:
