I sent a patch recently to correct this, but I think it hasn't been apply. A good reason to send a blank message is if you wan't to send a MWI in "discard content" mode for example (I think there's other cases). The "<Empty reply from service provider>" should only be set for mt_reply messages.

We are using the latest CVS.

Any ideas on what to set in the configuration file to enable blank SMSs? Or
should this work by default?
