Kannel with cdma

is it possible to configure CDMA mobile with cannel i tried many times but
no luck , in india there is Reliance company which provides cdma , please
let me know has anyone has configured it , other queston is please let me
know any low end mobile (anything GSM ) which works fine with kannel on
debian , please help
