Could i to ask a maybe fool question?

You already try don't set this parameter in kannel.conf?

I'm asking this cause i already use this value default in version 1.4.0 and cvs 20060428, and always the ton wal forced to 0 for both MO and MT msgs.

Well, things is, for some reason, Kannel decides to set the ton on
submit_sm to 1, which the sms-c is not accepting. So I really want to
force Kannel to set it to 0, as messages with ton = 0 are accepted.

My suspicion is that is has to do with how the mo message comes in in
a deliver_sm message.

So the question remains: why is the source_addr_ton in the submit_sm 1
even though I specifically say "source-addr-ton = 0"?
