I may be mistaken.

I have found that another kind of messages called
UP.NOTIFY can transmit text and url, but can't find
any specifications about coding it in a binary SMS.

Has anybody tested this? Where could I find that
specification?

Best regards,

Hey,

On the blackberry there is a security setting. The
user can turn
them on and off. Its the same on quite a few phones
(I saw a motorola
on the weekend and I have seen nokias like it). The
standard security
setting on windows mobile does now allow WAP push
either and you
can't even configure this. A lot of new phones
highlight links in SMS
the same way as you mail client do. We use that a
lot now as well.
All in all its a complete mine field.
