first of all cygwin 1.5.x is considered not "production level quality" for
Kannel due to the fact, that pthreads support in cygwin is "broken".
To compile on cygwin you need to ensure that you have installed the necessary
packages from the cygwein setup.exe installer.
Then do:
$ ./configure
$ make
$ make install
Please consult a unix/linux guru nearby, since this is definetly off-topic to
the kannel users list.
