Help Please

Hi, I have just installed kannel on Ubuntu and I'm having problems setting up an sms gateway. I need to set up a fake smsc. can someone please help me with the following:
1.Where do I put smskannel.conf?
2.define an 'smsbox' group into the configuration file to be able to use SMS Kannel. which config file is being referred to in the documentation?
3. How do you start the bearerbox?
4 How do you start the smsbox?
5. How do you set up the  HTTP administration interface?

Any help will be appreciated.
