Hai Babu,
1) SMS will reach kannel sms box then you need to push it to some other application ( like Java, PHP). Where you need to write the logic.
2) Use "SMS-service" section to push the received message to your application. To use WAP PUSH you have to configure wap-box also. These configurations you can find in kannel's distribution or read userguide.
