thanks for advices, I have been through all this documents many times
already , but i can not do it yet cuz I dont have a modem and i only have a
smpp
connection to Operator (operator uses Nowsms to provide smpp).is it possible
to use this link for wap gateway?

Sokha,
Start by reading the user guide and other docs available on the Kannel
web site. The FAQ and Architectural Document are worth reading if you
don't grasp how Kannel works yet.
Then try checking the sample conf file available on the source tree.
It's a working example, so you can start from there and tweak it as
needed.
If that's not enough to get you started, check the mailing list
archive, there are a lot of sample conf files and other interesting
stuff. Also remember that Google is your friend ;)
And if you still have doubts, then mail the list again, but do your
homework before and you'll get a lot more help.
