Routing is not working

Hello, I have installed kannel 1.4.1,

 

I have added my conf and I can send message no problem

 

At the minute I have configured 4 different smsc’s. I used in my conf denied-smsc-id and I am using in my xml that I send to kannel the <to>smsc-id</to>


 



But messages are not routed
through the smsc-d that I ask kannel
to route them.



 



I played with all
combinations allowed, denied, preffered.



 



I even tried to force user
from one smsc but still messages are routed from all smsc.



 



Is this a bug, or am I doing
something wrong
