I have installed Kannel 1.4.1 and setup connection to SMSC EMI2
(UCP/EMI).
SMS can be sent through connection encoded in UTF-8 but I not able to send
in
7-bit encoding.
As I understand - it occured due sending messages in transperent mode
(MT=4)
insead of alphanumeric (MT=3)
