yep, please research on WAP Push and the concepts of content delivery... From your "question style" we see that you pretty out of knowledge what the basic framework you "have" to achive your goal.

"Image download" can be one of the following:

a) a Nokia Logo via SMS bearer
b) a EMS Logo via SMS bearer
c) one of the fancy other SMS bearer supported logo thingies
d) WAP Push (SI, SL) for requesting the user to download a URL via WAP session
e) a MMS delivery containing image content

anyone having more "ideas"? ;)
