[Searched] Kannel experts

Hi, I hope this is allowed on this mailinglist. If not: my sincere excuses. We are a company, situated in the Netherlands, and currently using Kannel for our SMPP connection to telecom providers in Peru. The past two days we did pretty much traffic, for starters, at the peak about 9000 messages in one day. But, suddenly this traffic dropped. We are getting errors in our logs that we cannot explain or solve. I tried installing the new Kannel, which solved a lot of errors, but according to the telecom operator, we dropped their packages. Although we got the connection running, we actually don't know enough about SMPP and/or Kannel. We would like to find a partner who specialised himself/herself in this area, and would like to install and/or modify Kannel to our needs. Ideally this person would be living/working in The Netherlands, but if no such person can be found, I think we must search accross our borders :-).
