The conf file you use for launching the bearerbox should have the wapbox port config in it. I think you are launching bearerbox with the smskannel conf and in a separate way wapbox with wapkannel.conf...

My wapkannel.conf file reads as

 

admin-port = 13000

wapbox-port = 13002

 

and smskannel.conf file reads as

 

admin-port = 13000

smsbox-port = 13001
