Hi,

i had almost the same situation an year before.

The issue have not been solved in a view of non technical reasons.

I was about to patch the kannel dlr logic to search in united db storage
serving both the accounts.

The idea was to use non native kannel mesg ID but external mesg ID stored in db.

I am sorry but i haven't finished that idea to production level :/
