as Alex said, check your config settings,

in general you may set any sendsms-url value
according to
http://www.kannel.org/download/kannel-userguide-snapshot/userguide.html
go to Table 6-6. Smsbox Group Variables

how to set user/pass :
then read Table 6-12. SendSMS-User Group Variables

I assume you have not set the SendSMS-User values and
in this case your requests will be denied forever .. :)
