Hi again,
i'm a little bit surprised, that no one try to help me here. Maybe the question was much to stupid, sorry then. In the meantime i solved the Problem by my self. For persons who are interested to the solution,

I have installed the package from sunfreeware. For what reason ever, the opennssl ist compiled with option "no-thread".
Now I have compiled a new one by my self and this solve the problem.

But unfortunately i have got a new problem with mysql support. More details for this in a later mail.

Error message:

checking openssl/hmac.h presence... no
configure: WARNING: openssl/hmac.h: accepted by the compiler, rejected by the preprocessor!
configure: WARNING: openssl/hmac.h: proceeding with the compiler's result
checking for openssl/hmac.h... yes
checking whether the OpenSSL library is multithread-enabled... no
configure: error: Either get a multithread-enabled SSL or configure with --disable-ssl

The Problem is, i like to have ssl enabled.
What can I do?
