But what exactly did you mean with Client and dev libs?
How can i check it?

the next try to get help.
I can't configure kannel with mysql support. I have searched after the
solution (Archive Kannel, Google etc etc) the whole night yesterday, but
i can't find annything.

Really i need help here.
