Hi, in short, you should send via Kannel WAP Push SMS with the URL of the files. the Kannel manual and the mailing list contain some explanations re WAP PUSH.
OR, just plain text sms with the same : URL of the file, this is in case your mobile operator does not allow Wap Push MT traffic.
