Noki 6230 SIM storage full

Hi I am successfully using a nokia 6230i as a GSM modem, but now when I want
to send SMS I get the

-> maybe Sim storage is full? I'll have a look at it. (500)

 

 

Anyone have any idea how I can clear that storage?
