Iain, Right, you can send a thousand messages per second if you want, Kannel will deliver at 10 msgs/sec to the SMSC.

yeah, but what i'm saying is it queues more than 10 messages right? throughput is how fast it sends to the smsc, not how fast i need to sent to kannel right?
