Hi AFAIK this works like a normal web server with a URL provided to you by any of the operators..you need the write the script in either ASP or PHP or any server side script and host it on a webserver..ask the operator to map your URL on his short code. They will send you the number and keyword which you can capture and process via that server side script, each time someone sends a keyword to that particular shortcode
