Please keep the list copied in, other people can't offer any help if
you don't ask them as well.
When you send a message, make an ID up, either use a UUID or keep a
rolling number that you increment each time you send a message.
Append this to your dlr-url when you submit the message.
That is to say you need to specify the dlr-url with each message
submission, not just rely on the dlr-url in the config file.
