Can you capture your log results? Especially the bearerbox, and please set it to debug level (0). As my experience maybe your USB doesn't speak to your modem well.

How can I do that? It has a web interface called sendsms.php. I copied it to /var/www/cgi-bin. Then I accessed as below. http://localhost/cgi-bin/sendsms.php I got the interface.
